Have jsut been given this method to warp a track and wondered if the BPM should be entered (e.g 126.06 )in the song tempo at the top or the seg BPM in clip view. I think it means the seg bpm but just wanted to check. Also does the song temp at the top need to be a whole number always?

I am only unable to do this for.mp3. If I use.wav or.wma these 2 work. I have 9 mixes. I have been using this for a short time, I was using.wav then I deleted my mixes & was trying to put them to mp3. I made it to #8 & now the program does nothing when I hit save. I am using 7.4.4.

3. Drop a track into an empty clip in Live. 4. Make sure you can see it's wave display at the bottom of the screen.
5. Enter the EXACT BPM (ie 126.06) as the track tempo.
6. Hit 'Warp'

7. Move the first warp marker to the first downbeat8. Play the track with the metronome playing to check it.
9. Should be spot-on, last warp marker may need a slight tweek.
